The decision takes into account customer satisfaction, fraud analysis and detection, shipping concerns, product concerns and customer interaction. It also takes into account circumstances beyond our control, like lost or stolen packages, delayed packages, damaged packages and / or our product supplier processing times.
- Refunds are only eligible for up to 15 calendar days when the customer first receives their order.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed from our payment processor within 2 – 3 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
